Terms

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: Dec/12/2025

This document governs the use of the Essential Farms website, the purchase of our digital products (e-books), and the contracting of our physical farm services (Brooding, Vaccination, etc.). When you engage with us, you are agreeing to the 4-Pillar Mandate of our business relationship: clarity, risk mitigation, mutual respect, and adherence to these rules. Don’t polish it up; read it and know what you’re agreeing to.

1. General Acceptance & Governing Law

1.1 Acceptance

By accessing or using our services (including viewing our website), you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you shouldn’t access the Service.

1.2 Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the general principles of Nigerian law. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts serving Essential Farms’ location (Onitsha, Anambra State, or otherwise as required by law).

1.3 Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We’ll notify you when we do, but ultimately, it’s your responsibility to review the current T&C before contracting for a service or purchasing a product.

2. Terms Specific to Physical Farm Services (Brooding, Vaccination, Debeaking)

2.1 Service Agreement & Scope

All farm services (Brooding of DOCs, Routine Vaccination, Culling, etc.) require a separate, written Service Contract signed by both parties. This T&C covers general principles, but the specific details (pricing, timeline, and exact deliverables) will be governed by that Service Contract.

2.2 Mortality & Health Risk (The Brooding Caveat)

  • Acknowledgment of Risk:You acknowledge that livestock farming involves inherent, unavoidable risks, including disease outbreak, sudden death, and mortality (especially during the high-risk brooding phase).
  • Essential Farm Responsibility:We guarantee adherence to our 4-Pillar System protocols (e.g., proper 35^{\circ}C temperature control, timely Anti-Coccidial Treatment, etc.).
  • Limit of Liability:Essential Farm is not liable for bird loss or mortality resulting from factors outside our direct control, including but not limited to, force majeure, pre-existing conditions from the chick source (unless sourced by us), or issues caused by the client’s failure to adhere to post-service recommendations. We’re running a farm, not a hospital with a 100% guarantee.

2.3 Vaccination & Medication Guarantee

We guarantee the correct administration of vaccines and medication as per our documented schedule and the 48-Hour Multivitamin/Electrolyte Protocol. We do not, however, guarantee a vaccine’s efficacy against every possible strain or future outbreak. Disease prevention is everything, but it’s not a silver bullet.

2.4 Client Responsibilities

The client must provide safe, legal access to the farm site and fully disclose any known past disease history on their property that could affect biosecurity before we commence service. Failure to disclose may void any service-related guarantees.

3. Terms Specific to Digital Products (E-Books & Guides)

3.1 License and Use

When you buy one of our e-books (like The Ultimate Pullet Development Guide), you are purchasing a single, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

  • You can download it, read it, and print it for your own farm.
  • You cannotshare, resell, distribute, or upload the content online. That’s stealing our hard-won system, and we’ll go after it.

3.2 Disclaimer of Warranties (No Guarantee of Profit)

We provide the system (The 4-Pillars), but we don’t guarantee profit.

  • Our e-books contain information for educational and reference purposes only. We cannot guarantee that following the protocols will lead to a specific egg yield (e.g., 280 eggs/bird) or profit margin, as outcomes depend entirely on your specific market, feed cost fluctuations, and your consistent execution of our protocols.
  • We’re sharing our process, not promising your financial success.

3.3 Refund Policy (Digital)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods (e-books, guides, templates), all sales are final and non-refundableonce the file has been successfully downloaded. We can’t take the knowledge back.
  • If you experience a technical failure with the download, contact us, and we will attempt to provide you with a working file replacement.

4. Website Use, Content, and Affiliate Links

4.1 Intellectual Property

All original content on this website (copy, the 4-Pillar concept, e-book names, and the design) is the exclusive property of Essential Farms. Don’t copy it.

4.2 Affiliate Marketing Disclosure

We may, from time to time, include affiliate links to third-party products (e.g., recommended Debeakers or vaccination supplies on Amazon).

  • We only link to products that adhere to the quality standards of our 4-Pillar System.
  • We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links, but this comes at no extra cost to you. We’re not pushing dumb ideas; we’re pushing what we use ourselves.

4.3 User-Generated Content

If you leave a testimonial or comment, you grant Essential Farms a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Essential Farms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from (a) the use or inability to use the Service or Products; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.
